Dr. Son is awesome. She is not only professional but also very personable. She listens attentively and answers any questions/concerns not matter how small they may seem. If you need to send her a message she or her nurse responds quickly. She makes you feel comfortable. I am proud to have her as my doctor and part of my medical team!
Dr Son was very attentive. She displayed great bedside manners/hospitality and I honestly felt like she truly wanted to help me get to the root of my medical problem and to solve it. For the last 10 years, the doctors I visited were all curt, dismissive and lacking in basic empathy. Dr Son and the last doctor I visited (Dr Hong) have helped renewed my trust in medical care providers. Yes, I understand that they are there to make a living but I felt that they (Dr Son and Dr Hong) genuinely cared about the state of my health. So Kudos to you Dr Son. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. ASSIKIS. He is easy to talk with and answers all questions. How he explains what is going on is wonderfull. It makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Sinha is a great Doctor I have been with her for eight years. Always knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Most professional! Most knowledgeable! Dr. Sinha takes the time to explain everything regarding course of the disease, how to treat symptoms and possible side effect of meds, etc. Dr. Sinha has a great bedside manner. She's very sweet and compassionate. I highly recommend her!
Dr Kidwell is exceptionally good at communicating and responding to my questions. I greatly value his diagnostic explanations, options for treatment and his plan for follow-up. I am thankful to have access to such a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Bender is a very passionate physician when it comes to his patients. He never rushes his appointments. Dr. John Thomas has been one of the most compassionate and attentive physicians I've ever worked with. He takes the time to explain my conditions, test results, and treatment options in a way that feels clear and un-rushed, and he always listens closely to my concerns. It never feels like just another appointment—he makes me feel genuinely cared for and supported.
His phlebotomy team deserves special recognition as well. They are incredibly patient and kind, which means a lot because my veins are small and deep, and blood draws can be challenging. Instead of getting frustrated or making me feel uncomfortable, they approach every draw with calm professionalism, gentle technique, and reassuring encouragement. Their care makes a difficult process so much easier.
The entire office—from Dr. Thomas to his staff—creates an environment where I feel respected, understood, and truly looked after.
My appointment was at 3. I was taken back to room right on time. Everyone that I seen from the lady that checked me in, the two nurses, and the doctor was very caring and made my appointment stress free. I felt like they were very knowledgeable and I was well taken care of.
The fact that he assured me that everything would be alright and explained some of the side effects that I may experience during or after the chemo sessions. He seems to genuinely care about my health.
