Dr. Thomas smiled when he entered the exam room and introduce himself. He is soft spoken and kind. He went over my file with me asking questions and listened for any issues I had. Dr. Thomas is very personable and funny. I liked him immediately.

Dr. Shams is a tremendously knowledgeable doctor! Dr. Shams explained the results of my recent test in a way that I fully understood and how she was very pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. Shams for your kindness and expertise!
Dr. Sinha is very personable and precise in her explanations. Clearly explained to me where I stood in terms of my present diagnosis, potential treatment, contraindications of said treatment, and steps to counter those. Wrote basic information down for me to take with and scheduled a follow-up visit to review next steps after more is confirmed regarding my diagnosis. She answered my questions and offered assistance in communicating with another doctor to give authorization on a current medication. Overall, I found Dr. Sinha to be very professional, friendly, direct, and helpful.
Dr Patel is very helpful and listens to you n always willing to help you with any concerns you have and giving you his attention n finding you the best treatment that is best for you He is a exceptional Dr and very caring.
Dr. Thomas is a wonderful, caring hematologist who always takes the time to ask the right questions, discuss the changes noted from your last visit, and gives you a sense that he is always looking out for your best interests. This is a difficult field that he works in and no one likes to find out that they have a blood cancer when they least expected it. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such a supportive professional.
Dr Lohiya is very knowledgeable and experienced, as well as kind and caring. He listens carefully to each concern I have and then addresses them in a way that calms my anxiety, and l always leave feeling much better.
Dr Tran is very personable friendly and thorough. All my questions were answered and I am blessed for selecting her for this journey. Dr. Tran makes me feel like family every appointment. Also can we talk about the front desk?? Ms Tamara always greets with an inviting smile. Honestly the whole staff from front desk, exam rooms to the infusion rooms are super nice. God bless them all.

Dr Jonas is my favorite specialist! He has been my oncologist since 2020. He is knowledgeable, caring, patient, funny, witty with an wonderful bed side manner!! Highly recommend him and the Piedmont Cancer Institute!! Would give him 10 stars if I could!!
We have been seeing Dr Patel for 2.5 years now and he is always on top of my husbands care. His iron runs low since Covid and Dr Patel had been amazing in taking care of him. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Great staff, on time, spends time with us talking and explaining things in a way that you can understand. We are more than satisfied with Dr Patel and his office!
Dr. Mininberg and the team at PCI provide the highest level of service. They are knowledgeable and address any concerns with easily understandable responses. They quickly return calls and messages and with professionalism and empathy. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice.
My visit for labs and conferences with Dr Sinha have been prompt but quite thorough. Dr Sinha does the best job of explanation and implications of any doctor in my experience. The total effect is professional and highly educational.

My husband has recurring prostate cancer and a nodule in his left lung. Dr. Patel, his staff and the Piedmont Cancer Institute are the best. Appointments run on time, never a wait longer then 5-10 minutes. Everyone is treated with dignity, and as a person. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions you may have. I have a medical notebook that I carry to all medical appointments and take notes so I can remember what is said/done. I would highly recommend the Piedmont Cancer Clinic for anyone facing this horrible disease....Cancer.
Dr Patel is hands down the best oncologist in the Piedmont facility. He is so passionate towards his patients and he truly cares about each and every single patient that is fortunate to have him as their doctor!! We are so blessed to have had him these past two years.
