The staff is always friendly and efficient. The wait time is short and the office is clean and comfortable with easy access. Dr Mininberg is kind, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and just the best.

Dr. Sinha, came in with notes that she had ready from the initial assessment with the medical assessment. I was asked my questions during my assessment so Dr. Sinha, already was ready to address those and not rush my additional concerns. She is thorough, detailed and graphic. She draws pictures with her explanations and make sure that you understand. She explained all tests that she wanted to run via labs and made sure I wanted these tests and asked if I wanted a test that may be expensive and not covered by insurance, however at this time she did not feel it was necessary. Thank you for your honesty and transparency. She is kind, knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you.
Dr. Sinha was great. The entire experience was great. She and the other staff members thoroughly addressed my questions. I wasn't rushed through the visit even though I arrived late due to confusion with the office address.
Dr. Patel is professional but also personable with me as a patient. He listens, makes suggestions, and always takes all the time I need to have my questions answered. I wish all my doctors were as thorough and caring as Dr. Patel.
Dr. Minesh Patel - I always love my appointments with Dr. Patel! He is so kind. He explains everything about what is going on with and what tests I need to have done and why I do. He is always so encouraging! He is such a caring doctor!
Dr. Bender and his staff are so kind and caring. I never feel rushed or treated like I'm just another patient. Dr, Bender is compassionate and understanding, and he answers my questions with knowledge, warmth, and humor. I saw him this week and am so impressed by the speed with which he followed up and anticipated my needs. I'm extremely grateful for his treatment.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dr. Ha Tran is a outstanding and loving person I've ever met she's the best. She explains what going on very patient person. I would recommend her to my family members.

I have only had positive experiences during my outpatient treatment and visits with Dr. Trevor Feinstein and the staff at Piedmont Hospital in Fayetteville. I am grateful for the level of care that I receive and for a doctor who listens to me regardless of the topic I may choose to discuss during my office visits.
Dr. Warner is a brilliant scientist and exceptional physician. A man full with humility, kindness and understanding. Explains the nuance of cancer and the process of treatment . A diligent craftsman with the sole objective for improving the quality of life. I'm a big fan and fortunate to be one of his patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jonas for 12 years. He is the best doctor that I have ever had. He truly cares about his patients and more importantly he is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physician.
If one must have the services of an oncologist Dr. Bill Jonas would be an excellent choice. Personable with an excellent "bedside manner", he at the same time is most professional and up front with his diagnosis and planned treatment in a most calm and non threatening way. I have been under his care for twelve months and recommend him most enthusiastically.
Up-date: Now after 48 months under Dr. Jonas' care and monthly immunotherapy infusions per his prescription of opdivo, I would rate him 10 stars if possible. His sincere and personal attention to my case is "awesome". I actually look forward to my meetings with him.
A very positive visit, came away with knowledge and a game plan to take care of this problem! Dr. Lohiya and his PA are wonderful people that make you comfortable asking questions and providing knowledge answers to any question you had! Provide a timeline of treatments and what and how they would be accomplished!
Dr Tran is professional friendly and direct. She also makes you feel comfortable. You can explain symptoms of discomfort or pain she will give you direct suggestions or send you to where you need to go She's The G.O.A.T.
Dr. Sinha always exceeds my expectations. I am fortunate to have her as my doctor. She is a masterful communicator who speaks and maintains a comfortable formality of professionalism with an affable familiarity. She answers my questions succinctly, but is patient in reassuring me that I understood what she said. She explains her diagnosis and treatment plans. In the 8 months she has treated me, my multiple myeloma condition has improved remarkably. I highly recommend Dr. Sinha and her professional staff.
Dr. Patel is truly an exceptional doctor! His kindness, compassion, and genuine care for his patients go above and beyond. From the moment you meet him, you can feel how much he truly listens and cares—not just about your health, but about you as a person. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question with patience, and always makes sure you feel comfortable and cared for.
I'm very pleased with my visit as always the staff is on point, very professional,friendly and knowledgeable with all the patients. The atmosphere is great. Dr. Rhee is attentive to his patients, answering questions and giving advice on ways to improve patient health like maintaining healthy eating habits as well as exercising regularly.
Dr Rhee legitimately cares about his patients and is a very optimistic oncologist. Anything I've ever needed, he's always been at the ready, and he trusts his patients, giving us more freedom than most other doctors I've ever had. Definitely my favorite doctor of all time!
Dr. Thomas has been God send to be a part of my treatment. He is professional and has human quality in that he respects my faith in God. He monitor my treatment closely and and make sure to keep informed. I am thankful he puts real care into my treatment. His nurses and all the staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. When i call to speak with his nurse she is helpful if not available when I call the staff alway ensure that I receive a timely return phone call. May God continue bless Dr. Thomas in the work he do.
Dr. Tran is an empathetic, knowledgeable, gentle, and understanding individual. She speaks calmly with great confidence. She's very thorough with the information she provides making sure you fully understand before progressing forward. She has greatly placed my mind at ease and I am grateful to be her patient!
UPDATE: I have completed my treatments and when I say phenomenal, that's how Dr. Tran and the Piedmont Cancer Institute has been throughout my entire journey. Although, I pray no one has to go through this, but if you do, I 1000% recommend Dr. Tran and her fabulous team! Words can't express enough my eternal gratitude for her and her team! Thank you!!
Dr. Bassel Nazha is a professional, sincere and caring person. He is a good listener and answer all of my questions and explained them to where I could understand them. My experience with the office visit has been outstanding.
I want to give a shout out to my team at Piedmont Cancer Institute! Dr Jonas and his PA Scott did a fantastic job of making a difficult time more bearable. Dr Jonas was very upbeat, detail oriented and had the best treatment plan for me. I never waited long in the PCI office and the entire staff (including the Chemo team and lab) were very caring and kind. I was treated with respect and never felt rushed. I'd highly recommend Piedmont Cancer and Dr Jonas to help YOU get thru your journey and back to your life!
Dr. Thomas was very professional and kind understanding. He explained everything so you could understand what was going on and what needed to be done. He was compassionate of how you were feeling. I was comfortable talking to him.
I really appreciate how Dr. Thomas is straight forward and polite. He answered all the questions I had and told me how things were and what I needed to do. He's has very awesome manners towards the patient. I was very impressed with his professional matters.
I had a great experience, the staff is always very nice and friendly and so many of them remember me and address me by name. Doctor Lohiya is wonderful, I have very confidence in him to provide me with the best care! Chemo nurses are so compassionate and kind!
I had a good experience with Dr Lohiya i felt comfortable talking with him while he explained my blood work to me and assured me that if there was any changes he will let me know and my mind at peace when our conversation ended.
Dr. Lohiya is so sweet. He educates his patients. he drew a diagram and explained to me the process in a way a patient can understand. I had know questions when I left. He even walked me to the exit door. Great customer service. And his staff thinks very highly of him. If your looking for an oncologist he's the one for you.
Awesome experience. Highly recommend. Dr. Assikis and staff very knowledgeable and explained my situation in understandable terms.
I drive 4 hours, twice a year to see Dr. Assikis. His staff is so kind, he is very knowledgeable and nice. I could be treated much closer to home but he saw me through my treatments so I stay with him for maintenance. If he just wouldn't make me weigh, we would be best friends. haha
Dr Samantha Shams is extraordinarily talented, thorough & compassionate. Everyone on her staff at PCI treats me with genuine kindness & competence. I am grateful to have this trustworthy doctor looking out for me! She got me straightened out quickly & efficiently after my Primary Doc sent me to PCI to look into some outlandish lab results. Lucky me to have found PCI & Dr. Shams to manage this chronic condition so I can go about my life with relative confidence that I won't stroke out or keel over anytime soon.
Dr. Shams provided me with informations about options that I have. She has continued to keep me advised about the score of my cancer and that determines the treatment I should consider. I have been a patient of hers for several years. I trust her and her advise for my situation. I have been with this Cancer Group sent mid 2000's. She has a wonderful beside manner.
My spouse has been Dr Sinha's patient for over a year. Dr Sinha has always taken her time and actively listened to and addressed any and all concerns. Dr Sinha is kind and empathetic.
