Update: we now have visits at the Mt. Vernon, Sandy Springs location. Jessica is amazing, as is Sarah, and all staff... so very kind and helpful! Dr. Shams is the best! I highly recommend this practice - they are all so very kind to my 95 yr old client. Thank you all for your help in caring for her. Dr. Shams takes her time to explain and makes the complete process as easy as possible for my 93 year old client. Dr. Shams' scheduler is amazing. She takes pride in helping ...she actually cares !!!

Dr. Shams is a star on many accounts. The best way I can explain our relationship is that she is like the sister I never had. Our conversations are very frank, built with mutual trust over 30 years of being a patient. She is very knowledgeable and relatable. I always look forward to my appointments because they are always positive and I feel like I have some control over my treatment.

Dr. Shams is professional, knowledgeable, and has good bedside manner. She is tagged with an incredible team that is thorough and punctual. I appreciated the time she took to review my charts from my hospital stay, info received from her PA, and answered all of my questions. I visited her Sandy Springs office which was easy to find and had a minimal wait to be seen (which is a huge plus for me). Front office staff is very courteous!

The staff is always very friendly, kind and efficient. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be taken back for bloodwork, etc.
