Dr Son was very attentive. She displayed great bedside manners/hospitality and I honestly felt like she truly wanted to help me get to the root of my medical problem and to solve it. For the last 10 years, the doctors I visited were all curt, dismissive and lacking in basic empathy. Dr Son and the last doctor I visited (Dr Hong) have helped renewed my trust in medical care providers. Yes, I understand that they are there to make a living but I felt that they (Dr Son and Dr Hong) genuinely cared about the state of my health. So Kudos to you Dr Son. Dr. Son is awesome. She is not only professional but also very personable. She listens attentively and answers any questions/concerns not matter how small they may seem. If you need to send her a message she or her nurse responds quickly. She makes you feel comfortable. I am proud to have her as my doctor and part of my medical team!
