Piedmont Cancer Institute utilizes the Phreesia on-line platform to optimize the registration process, enhance data accuracy, and improve patient engagement. By completing your forms and verifying your information online before your appointment, you can maximize your time with your provider and minimize your waiting time.
Five days prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message and an email from Piedmont Cancer Institute with a link to access Phreesia, the online portal. Complete your paperwork, upload your documents (insurance cards, prescription cards and photo ID), and confirm your visit. Please do this before arriving at the office.
