Dr. Thomas was very patient and kind during my recent visit. He seems to listen in order to understand and be able to answer so that your mind is put at ease. He doesn't seem rushed or in a hurry to get you out and on the the next patient. You don't find many doctors like that now.

His phlebotomy team deserves special recognition as well. They are incredibly patient and kind, which means a lot because my veins are small and deep, and blood draws can be challenging. Instead of getting frustrated or making me feel uncomfortable, they approach every draw with calm professionalism, gentle technique, and reassuring encouragement. Their care makes a difficult process so much easier.

The entire office—from Dr. Thomas to his staff—creates an environment where I feel respected, understood, and truly looked after.
